Beautiful Heart

BeautifulHeart

Wholly turned away from self
A beautiful heart is at rest
No concern for getting more stuff
Or, what others think is best

All desire flows from above
Good gifts from the Father of Lights
Glowing with unconditional love
Never demanding its rights

Joy abounds in a beautiful heart
Even when dealing with sadness
The welfare of others always a part
Serving and sacrificing with gladness

Words of encouragement and exhortation
Continually found on its lips
Doing all things, no complaint or hesitation
Kindness, peace and grace its quips

Yes, a beautiful heart comes from God
Nothing we can do ourselves, ever
Except love the One who is His Son
Jesus, our Savior and treasure!

Great Great Harvest

I see horse and riders
Sparkling clouds in the air
Golden dust of glory
Angels strong; everywhere

I see a vast army
Hearts open and bare
Marked by their Lord Jesus
Holy, pure and fair

In them nothing hidden
Honor and truth their shield
Lifting high His banner
Reaping His field

Love and kindness pouring forth
Healing dripping from their hands
Moving upon the Wind
Freeing captives from their bands

It’s a day of rejoicing
As the riders circle the earth
To the north, south, east and west
The Presence of God pouring forth

Look up to the Heavens
We’re standing on the edge of time
The Father’s plans culminating
He shouts: The earth is Mine! The earth is Mine!

The earth responds rejoicing
More riders are released
Billions see Jesus’ majesty
And bow down at His feet

It’s the great great harvest
You are His harvest hand
Step out in boldness
He’s healing our land!

None Other

For me there is none other
He’s closer, closer than a brother.
A man who’s brave and strong
His heart is filled with song.

Love is His middle name.
Knowing Him creates transforming change.
He is my burden bearer,
My closest friend and confessor.

Kindness and selflessness,
Amazing grace and gentleness
Are His gifts to me.
I adore Him; He adores me.

We dance together on a crystal sea.
In His arms I want to be.
He sets my heart afire.
His words are my desire.

His appearance like the blazing sun.
His enemies see Him and run.
But, to me He gives kisses of bliss,
Fills my soul with righteousness.

I wear His coat of many colors;
A rainbow coat like no others.
Mine is the promised covenant
And power bestowed on His remnant.

No one can take His place.
All I want is to see His face!
Jesus, Messiah, My Savior, My God
Ruling the world with a loving rod.

I’ll serve You , Jesus, all of my days,
Learning to walk in your gracious ways,
Being your touch and voice in the earth
Sharing Your story; Your magnificent worth.

Vast.
Expansive.

Love.
He is Love!
Eternal.
Unending.

Love.
He is Love!
Peace.
Abounding.

Love.
He is Love!
Joyous.
Providing.

Love.
He is Love!
Revealing.
Correcting.

Love.
He is Love!
Gracious.
Forgiving.

Love.
He is Love!
Refeshing.
Restorer.

Love.
He is Love!
Powerful.
Healer.

Love.
He is Love!
Tender.
Deliverer.

Jesus.
He is Love!
Beautiful.
Savior.
