Jubilant!

jumping-for-joy-6

As I sat with the Lord in prayer, I heard this in my heart…

Come as a child, a daughter
Come hear from your Father
Receive rest for your soul
My love making you whole

Come into My Presence
Sit with Me, feel My essence
At ease, unashamed, sharing
Saturated with My caring

Come trust Me with your heart
My healing hits the mark
Let’s dance and rejoice
Laugh, daughter, lift up your voice!

Come, untangle from the worldly sea
Enjoy life’s journey with Me!
Cares of this world unimportant
You and Me, Child, JUBILANT!

Spring!

tulips-field1

Fresh air
Breezy trees
Sound of chimes
Buzzing bees

Smell of grass
Flower buds
Errant fly
Lots of bugs

Tiny leaves
Electric green
Birds sing
Robins seen

Warm sun
Kites up high
Laughter echoes
Clear sky

Tulip blooms
Fields of clover
God smiles
Winter’s over!

Smiling up at God

sunshine-wallpaper_1920x1200

Eternity unfolded..
Shock! Awe! Overwhelmed. Fright.
Majestic waves – Golden.
Brilliant splashing Light.

No bottom.
No top.
No end.
No beginning.

Forever rushed by.
Peace flowed; steady River.
Wondered, “Where am I?”
Then I saw the Giver.

Holy!
Glorious!
Purity!
Loveliness!

Collapsed before Him —
My heart stopped beating.
Love’s touch. Life rushed in!
Breath of God – Healing.

Embraced!
Joy!
Tears!
Mercy, no fear!

Not sure from where,
Loud noise sounded.
Suddenly felt my chair.
Sat there — simply astounded.

Garden breeze.
Sunshine.
Home.
Smiling up at God.

Lovely

The glorious scenery of Milford Sound

Lovely…
No, lovelier than that.
Roses, or…
Maybe, delicate lace?

Lavender.
Sweet fragrance.
Sparkling dew upon the grass.
Butterfly.

Cloud wisps;
Perfect white.
No. Lovelier!
Perhaps clear blue sky.

Intricate snowflakes;
A blanket of frosty ice.
Lovelier than even that.
Pristine lake?

Sunset, sunrise.
Close…
Majestic mountains.
Hills emerald green.

Clear eyes of a child;
The smile of a babe.
Closer…
But, not that.

Hard to describe the thought of God.
Holy purity.
His beauty and majesty.
His grace toward me.

His goodness.
His face.
His touch…
Lovely!

In the Middle of Anguish is Gold

Golden%20Clouds%20at%20Sunrise%2025

Clouds, dark clouds, encase my heart.
Such sadness gloves my soul.
Loss pierces me like a dart
Wrenching, taking emotional toll.

Everywhere I turn seems gray.
All sunshine fled in an instant.
Now weeping encompasses my day.
Joy seems far off, so distant.

Wet pillow of tears, wiping my face.
Deep sigh. Barely slept again.
Praying, head in hands; suddenly feel an embrace.
Strength infuses me easing the pain.

Wings of peace mount up guard.
Such amazing comfort; strong and bold;
In Jesus’ hands, love scarred.
In the middle of anguish is found gold.

Slowly, at first, then totally free,
With help pouring out of heaven,
I get up each day, perfect love I see.
It pours out from the Father to strengthen.

Sunny heart, unexpected, blazing fire breaks forth!
No clouds! No doubts! No sadness!
Healing completed, now I daily rejoice
And share with others His gladness!

Triumphant JOY!

jump_for_joy_910

I heard the Father Speak to my heart:

Triumphant Joy! Unspeakable and full of glory
Is My son’s and daughter’s amazing strength story!
Though darkness and wickedness in the world abounds
Rejoicing in the hearts of My saints resounds.

They’re citizens of a heavenly home.
They see with eyes that from Me never roam.
They hear with ears fixed upon My voice.
They have gladness of heart for I AM their choice.

They’ve traded ashes for beauty and grief for holy mirth.
They continually build My Kingdom of eternal worth.
No matter the tragic things people experience or do
They have hope in their heart to share with you.

This glorious joy pours out of supernatural places.
It warms hearts like the glow of happy children’s faces.
It’s knowing that even in dire circumstance victory can be won.
It pours forth from the perfect heart of My only Son.

Triumphant Joy! Unspeakable and full of glory.
This is the promise of Messiah, Jesus’, story.
